A PALEO PLUS friendly pre-workout meal:
- Whole grain rye bread: extra portion of slowly digestible carbohydrates (grain products are still rare in the PALEO PLUS diet)
- Guacamole- Cottage Cheese- Dip: healthy unsaturated, essential fatty acids, complex carbohydrates, valuable minerals and trace elements (potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, iron, copper, manganese), important vitamins (A, C, D, K, E, and B -Viatmine), easily digestible proteins
- Fresh cress: Vitamin C, lots of vitamin B 1 and B 6, iron, iodine, chromium and phosphorus. Moreover, it provides the minerals magnesium, calcium and potassium and is rich in spicy mustard oil glycosides (disinfects the urinary tract and is good for the kidneys).
- Salmon: Anti-inflammatory omega 3 – fatty acids, protein-rich pool.
